FAQ / Directions

  • All event proceeds benefit the ALS Therapy Development Institute. The Institute and its scientists actively discover and develop treatments for ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease). We are the world’s first and largest nonprofit biotech focused 100 percent on ALS research. Led by people with ALS and drug development experts, we understand the urgent need to slow and stop this disease. The event starts and ends outside the Institute's full-scale lab space in Cambridge and lab tours will be available during the event.
  • No, though we encourage all participants to set a fundraising goal of $100 to help advance promising treatments at the ALS Therapy Development Institute. Please see our Fundraising Resources for helpful tips and tricks.
  • Trailblazers go the extra mile to help advance ALS research. By registering as a Trailblazer, you commit to fundraising $250 and in return, your registration fee will be waived. If you do not raise your fundraising minimum by Friday, August 31, 2018, the remainder will be charged to the credit card you provided at time of registration. Please select the Trailblazer option during registration if you are interested.
